Job Description:
You will contribute to the development of our upcoming AAA game as an Associate Tech Programmer! You will collaborate extensively with other programmers, developers, designers, artists, and testers as a member of a recently assembled and committed tech team. You will create a variety of tools and key algorithm systems for our proprietary engine, Snowdrop TM, as part of your daily tasks.
Through our Flexible Workplace Policy, we are providing a permanent employment in Malmö, Sweden, with the option to work from home up to two days per week. Please use English, the primary language of our organisation, when applying.
What you’ll do?
Designing, putting into practice, troubleshooting, and improving engine tools and systems, both new and old.
Algorithms, memory, and bandwidth utilisation performance awareness.
Our comprehensive editor/game tools for creation are being developed in C++.
Being driven and offering assistance to fellow team members throughout crucial phases of growth.
Assessing and incorporating new technology to enhance our workflows and surroundings.

What you’ll bring?

As a programmer, you have a solid grasp of and enthusiasm for user experience (UX), and you are aware of the subtleties of pipelines and processes. You value cross-disciplinary cooperation and have faith in your ability to communicate.
Skills and Experience:
In addition to the aforementioned, we are seeking an individual who shares our basic values and possesses the following abilities and background.
Expertise in creating effective systems and developing tools.
Professional background in the gaming business using C++ programming.
Familiarity with the life-cycle and procedure of game creation.
Familiarity with data-driven engines (Unreal Engine Blueprint, Node Graphs, etc.) and the Node graph pattern. Worked on game engine-related software.
Extensively collaborated with software developers and users.
